For Participants
All participants will be low- and moderate-income residents who cannot afford market rate rent. The coordinating team will work with session organizers to ensure that participants represent geographic and demographic diversity, as well as a range of housing types (mixed income inclusionary developments, public housing, community land trusts, limited/shared equity co-ops, and other rental and homeownership models).
All participants will receive stipends for participation ($25/hour). Sessions will include food, interpretation and childcare.
